About This Tool

Timing model

Remaining time is derived from a deadline timestamp and updated several times per second, reducing cumulative callback drift.

Limits

1–20 rounds; 30–600 seconds per round; 0–300 seconds rest. A warning sounds at ten seconds when the period is longer than ten seconds.

Safety and officiating

Training aid only. Browser suspension, audio policy, battery saving and device sleep can delay alerts. Do not use as the sole official competition timekeeper.

World Boxing presets

The cited World Boxing competition rules specify three rounds and two rest periods. Elite and U19 rounds last three minutes; U17 rounds last two minutes; rests are one minute.

Custom training settings are not official rules

Other organisations, age groups and combat sports use different formats. Select settings that match the relevant governing body or coach’s plan.

Rules reviewed 2026-06-23: World Boxing Competition Rules, clauses 1.1.5–1.1.7.
