How it works, limits and privacy
Case conversion uses the browser locale plus Unicode word, sentence and grapheme segmentation. Results are mechanical: title and sentence modes do not implement a named editorial style guide, and identifier modes remove punctuation. Review names, acronyms and language-specific casing.

Frequently asked questions
How are words identified for camelCase, snake_case and kebab-case?
The tool uses Unicode-aware word segmentation where the browser supports Intl.Segmenter, with a Unicode regular-expression fallback. Identifier formats discard punctuation and join the resulting word tokens.
Does Title Case follow a publishing style guide?
No. It capitalises the first letter of every detected token. It does not apply language-specific rules for minor words, names or editorial styles.
How does Sentence case work?
The text is lowercased and the first letter or number in each detected sentence is capitalised. Abbreviations and unusual punctuation can affect sentence boundaries.
What does alternating case change?
Only detected letters alternate case; spaces, numbers and punctuation are preserved.
